Competitions are only open to South African residents.
By entering any promotion or competition on prized.co.za, you agree to subscribe to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time, however, only active subscribers (who regularly read emails and click links) can WIN competitions. This is how we sustain our business and we believe it is a fair exchange. Subscribers who do not interact with emails & competitions for 6 months will automatically be made inactive, but will still be legally subscribed. If you think you are subscribed but haven’t recently received an email, it’s perhaps a good idea to resubmit here: https://www.prized.co.za/subscribe/.
We make use of an email verification step. This makes sure that the emails entered are legitimate. Users will receive an email within which they need to confirm their email addresses, or else they are unable to WIN (we can only accept verified emails).
By entering any of our competitions, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By entering any particular competition on Prized, you agree to receive marketing messages from the competition sponsor too.
PRIZED is not responsible for the delivery of prizes to competition entrants and the responsibility lies solely with the advertiser unless Prized is the sponsor.
PRIZED can in no way be held liable/responsible for any loss of any kind due to entering any particular competition on this website.
We reserve the right not to award prizes if a competition has not reached sufficient critical mass.
We also reserve the right to extend competitions or update entry criteria without prior notice to subscribers.
If the competition sponsor is unable to get hold of a selected winner for more than a week, we reserve the right to award the prize to another competition entrant.
The judges’ decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not negotiable, and not transferrable.
